Antoinette Vocal Arts is committed in protecting your personal data. Your personal data we collect, we endeavour this keeps in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
The data collected from each member may be used for any administration and co-ordinating or managing your membership.
Also used for sending out any additional information that may not have been given during the rehearsal session and for subscription payment purposes (for members who have registered).
Please be aware your name will be added to our mailing list or our marketing mailing list, as well as a Newsletter sent out a few times throughout the year.
As registered members, your name, address, phone number, email address and emergency contact may be requested.
Please be aware that at some of the rehearsals, audio & video footage may be taken for promotional purposes
Backing Tracks may also be used throughout the Vocal Coaching Sessions and Choir live sessions.
After signing up to be part of the community choir, you no longer wish to receive any more information, please inform us by email and we can remove your details from our database.
Payment Fees
Fees for the choir can be paid on the door each week (during term time only). This can be paid either by cash or card. The fee for pay- as-you go is £6.50 per person each session.
You can choose to pay in advance. This is due at the start of each period. The Special Offer is for a limited time only and payable in advanced for each 6 week period. Fees are payable by every member. Refund may only be issued due to Hospital Admission or Long Term illness.
Unfortunately holidays and casual non attendance will not allow your fee to be refunded.
Please note that the Choir Facilitator can change at the last minute without prior announcement.
